Sir, Please see the following points :- i. If possible, write a letter to West Bengal Housing Board to send one of their Officers to clear doubts of the house owners on 2nd November. ii. Donn't take hand over of the flats without structural drawings of each flat, electrical wiring plan, water line, sewage disposal plan, etc. iii. First tell WBHB to maintain flats for at least a year, so that you could know the problems, as finished flats are now lying for almost two years. iv. The maintenance of lifts and other high value items should only be maintained by manufactuer or its authorised agency only. v. Please discuss whether we shoud pay the garage money before deed or handing over of flats. vi. land levelling is a major issue. Please see that the land is levelled to make parking easy on the basement of flats. vii. A legal practitioner may be hired to see that the handing over is proper and complete as per law. viii. No structure/poster belonging to any particular religion or political party should be erected. ix. No common area in the premises should be encroached by any body. In this regard, the activities of the duplex owners may be observed and any encroachment by them should be strongly protested by everybody. x. No mobile towers, cable T.V, telephone or internet networking be allowed or shops or any commercial activities be allowed inside the premises. xi. Security should be our prime concern. what is the present status of the flats? Are they ready to take over?

I got to know about the meeting for formation of committee for HIG (G+4) flats on 2nd Nov 2014 but are all the 384 flat owners informed about this meeting or not? I will try to inform as many flat owners as soon as possible about the meeting....

A meeting has been called for formation of a co-operative society to facilitate hand over of HIG flats of Shilpakanan phase 3 of WBHB on 2nd November 2014 at 10 AM at the community hall of shilpakanan phase -2, Bidhannagar, Durgapur . All flat allottees are request to attend the meeting .

Some of the people who have got flats in shilpakanan III live far away from Durgapur, so we who live near must form a committee as early as possible. How it will be if we fix a date after diwali (obviously on Sunday) for a meeting?

Yesterday visited the site, and found lots of works are pending e.g installation of lift, sewage , pathway, road, supply water etc. It is doubtful to get possession within June 15. We have to unite and fight together to get possession as early as possible.
